Twenty-First Century Fox Inc (NASDAQ:FOXA) planning $1 billion debt offering


Twenty-First Century Fox Inc (NASDAQ:FOXA) is planning for a $1 billion debt offering which will subject to raise general corporate purposes funds; it could include refinancing of debt.

The New-York based company, which was a part of Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp. and split this year quoted that the price of 4% senior notes due 2023 is $300 million and 5.4% of the senior notes due 2043 is $700 million. New America Inc., a Twenty-First Century Fox Inc subsidiary issued these notes  Twenty-First Century Fox Inc. quoted that gross proceeds $994.4 million will be received from the offering, whose close date is expected to be September 30.
